What are the shipping times?
Shipping times are as follows: are posted after your order has been processed. Processing each order takes 2-4 business days.
➤ SHIPPING IN EUROPE, EE.UU, CANADA AND BRAZIL: Fast shipping via FedEx It takes between 4-7 business days and standard shipping takes between 9-13 business days.
➤ SHIPPING IN LATIN AMERICA: Fast shipping via FedEx takes 7-12 business days and express shipping takes 14-19 business days.
➤ SHIPPING IN ASIA AND AUSTRALIA: Fast shipping via FedEx takes 5-8 business days and express shipping takes 9-14 business days.

How does the return/exchange process work?
We offer a 7-day return policy for defective products only. If you receive a defective item, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving it. Additionally, we allow size exchanges within 7 days of the order's arrival. For size exchanges, the customer must send the package to the address provided by our support team (info@retroclubkit.com). We will process the exchange and ship the new size requested. Please note that return shipping costs for size exchanges will be the customer's responsibility. Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 72 hours of placing the order; after that, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.
Where can I see my tracking number?
The tracking number will be sent to your email approximately 5 days after placing your order. Please note that it may end up in your Spam or Trash folder. The tracking page is not working properly this month. Please contact us at info@retroclubkit.com para update them in your order if you wish.
What is the quality of the t-shirts?
100% polyester for better moisture absorption. They are very comfortable. and fresh at the time of use.
